After graduating from Cony High School in 1967, I lived in Boston, Syracuse, Ann Arbor, MI, and settled for 20 years in Rochester, VT. I graduated from University of Maine at Farmington and attended graduate school at UVM in Burlington, VT.
I taught high school Home Economics and Business in Vermont and Maine. I lived on an organic farm in Vermont and owned a restaurant and marketing business for our farm products. After raising my 2 sons, I moved back to central Maine. I have been selling real estate for only a year, so I “try harder”. I am always available on my cell phone and spend a lot of time with every client to ensure that I do an excellent job. I want satisfied clients, so that I will get repeat business and referrals.
I love everything outdoors. I love skiing, hiking, biking, swimming, kayaking, especially with my sons and dogs. |

For the past 7 years my wife and I have been property managers, we also own multi units in the Augusta and Waterville area. I specialize in multi family and residential homes. I live in Augusta and know the area well. We have two young sons, Elliot and Wesley. |

As a lifelong resident of Central and Mid-coast Maine I appreciate all that the area has to offer. Like many before them, my four grown children have explored places outside of Maine but remained connected to the area and are taking advantage of farming, sailing, music, etc. offered through our diverse communities. For most of my adult life I have been involved with renovating and building homes. My experiences have also involved land development and more recently restoration of a commercial property in Waldoboro, Maine with my wife Rosanne. I particularly appreciate the value and uniqueness of many of the older homes in the area. Using my experience and knowledge to assist both sellers and buyers meet their real estate goals is very satisfying for me.
